Frequently Asked Questions

We provide commercial labeling for canned products, contract packaging including repacking and rework, and food-grade warehousing with bulk receiving and shipping. All of these run from a single facility in Kent, Washington, which means a project can combine several services without moving inventory between sites. Our labeling work centers on canned seafood, with canned salmon as the longest-running specialty.

We work with commercial food businesses, including canned seafood processors, canneries, shelf-stable food manufacturers, brands, importers, exporters and wholesalers. Our services are built for bulk inventory measured in pallets and truckloads. We do not provide retail fulfillment, direct-to-consumer shipping or individual ecommerce order fulfillment.

Yes. Canned salmon is our longest-running specialty, but we also handle other canned seafood and shelf-stable canned foods. Each new product goes through a fit review covering package dimensions, materials, equipment compatibility and storage requirements. We confirm suitability before quoting rather than assuming a product will run.

We focus on shelf-stable commercial food products, with canned seafood and canned foods the most common. Each product goes through a suitability review covering packaging format, storage requirements, handling characteristics and any special conditions. Products requiring refrigeration, freezing or unusual environmental control fall outside our standard scope.

Yes. Products can be received and stored before a labeling run, held between production stages, and stored again as finished goods until you are ready to ship. Because storage and production happen in the same building, inventory does not have to be trucked between facilities. Storage is quoted based on volume, duration and product suitability.

No. We provide bulk commercial fulfillment only, meaning pallet and truckload quantities. We do not pick individual units, pack parcels, ship to end consumers or process ecommerce orders.

If your requirement is direct-to-consumer shipping, we are not the right provider for that portion of your operation.

Yes, and most of our projects do exactly that. A typical sequence is receiving, storage as unlabeled stock, labeling or packaging, then storage of finished goods until release. Because storage and production share one building, no transfer trucking is required and inventory records stay continuous across every stage.

No. Customers supply label artwork that has already been approved on their end, including all regulatory and nutritional content. Food labeling carries legal obligations that rest with the product owner, and we do not perform regulatory review or approval. We review artwork only for production suitability, checking dimensions, material and whether it will run correctly on our equipment.

Include your product type, can or package size, case and pallet counts, the services you need and your timing.

If labeling is involved, tell us whether artwork is final and supply label dimensions. If storage is involved, include expected duration and how product will arrive and leave to help us plan dock and staging requirements.

We run a product-fit review covering packaging format and dimensions, pallet configuration, storage requirements, handling sensitivity and equipment compatibility. For labeling work, we also confirm that your can and label dimensions match our line tooling. The review happens before quoting so scope problems surface early rather than during production.

Our facility is in Kent, Washington, in the south King County industrial corridor between Seattle and Tacoma. Warehouse storage and production areas are in the same building, so labeling and packaging work happens where inventory is stored. Facility visits can be arranged by appointment.

We operate labeling lines configured for commercial canned products, along with coding and packaging equipment. Line count, supported can sizes and throughput figures are detailed on our equipment and production capacity page. Because supported sizes depend on tooling, we confirm your specific can against our configuration before quoting.

We maintain documented sanitation, pest control, food defense and handling programs appropriate to shelf-stable food storage and production. Current certifications, their issuing bodies and their scope are listed on our food safety and certifications page. We describe credentials by their actual names and scope rather than using general terms.

Yes, and we encourage it during quoting rather than after a project is scheduled. Specific documentation, handling or audit requirements are easier to address before commitments are made. Facility conversations and walkthroughs can be arranged by appointment, since production and dock areas are active during operating hours.
